Removing the Windshield

While I am waiting to get the floor pans, I figured that I would work on the cowl. Affter gutting the inside of the car, I noticed that rust on the underside of the cowl. The previous owner had stuffed insulation up there to keep the wind down...what a mistake. Rust City. I will have to remove the outer cowl to make this better.

This picture is the entire underside of the dash, most of this can be taken care of using the corroless rust transformer, some will need the dreaded epoxy fix. Or maybe a weld?? We shall see.

This Picture shows the holes in the underside of the cowl. A major fix is in store for this.
