Nothing like welding a LOT of little holes.

This picture shows the cowl reinstalled. What it does not show, I just realized is that the cowl was final painted black on the inside. I MIG welded all of those holes that I cut out with the spot weld drill. I am pretty sure that the cowl won't be going anywhere, but I need to run the whole edge with seam sealer to prevent problems.

The red is more of the corroless primer to prevent rust from having a chance to set in.

All of that tape is so that I can paint the inside of the car without the paint running all over the engine compartment paint.
